Kualoa Ranch and Great Aloha Run

About a month ago Josh and I went out to Kualoa Ranch, north side of the island, to ride ATV's.
Kualoa Ranch is not only a place to ride horses or ATV's, but also the site of many movie filmings such as LOST, 50 first dates, Jurassic Park, Godzilla, Pearl Harbor, Fantasy Island, Hawaii 5-0..
This submarine look familiar?

Its the sub from lost!

The group's ATV's.

Beautiful, of course, out here.

We had a blast. Another thing I'd love to do again.

Josh standing at Hurley's golf course from Lost.

We got to do some hiking, too. Here I'm standing in a dinosaur's footprint.

This is from "The Journey 2."

I am strong!

These rocks are made of styrofoam. Were still heavy...but not heavy like a rock.

So pretty.

Hawaii never gets old....

Lovebirds :)

The week prior Josh and I did the Great Aloha Run. An 8.15 mile run through the city of Honolulu. We had to get up very early...Sleepy babies

Ready to start

All done!

Ran the whole thing, too. Kind of hard to believe, but this was also a lot of fun and I'm looking forward to doing another race.

Have a great weekend everyone!

North Shore, December

While my parents were here in December I took them out to the far north west side of the Island
its so beautiful and secluded out here

we even got to see the camp/houses from LOST
Grandpa cuddles!
after exploring that area we went to the North shore
Grammy helped Kylee "surf" with a boogie board

i'll never get tired of taking this picture. I love it out here.

I love how this dress looks on Lexi.
Grammy had her hands full!

After 4 years I can honestly say I love this Island just as much as the day I got here. So blessed to spend time here!

Skydiving in HAWAII

Josh and our neighbor Michelle have always wanted to go skydiving, so I agreed to go along with them.

I'm ready to jump!

Woo hoo!
It was so much fun!

landing safetly
Yeah buddy!!!!!!!!

Josh's photographer was awesome, getting tons of pictures of the Island
we were way above the clouds when we jumped. It wasnt really as scary as we thought it would be.
Josh, Michelle and the plane
Josh's photographer was upside down holding his hand

love the pictures of how the island looks

can you tell he had fun?
We all loved it so much, we want to go again. The scariest part was the week or two leading up to it, the day of and on the plane we were just pumped up and ready to jump. The view was absolutely amazing, I'm so glad Josh and Michelle convinced me to do this!
