Beach & Pool Day

The weekend before George & Lela arrived in Hawaii, Josh and I went to the Ko Olina Lagoons. It's a great place to go for kids, the lagoon area is ocean mostly surrounded by waves and rocks so there arent any waves.

taking a rest during our walk

As always, beautiful scenery

We got a kiddie pool about a month ago. The girls love it, we all get to play in the water everday. Unfortunately for Nash, it takes up our whole backyard.

Ha ha Josh taking a silly picture

The neighbor girl Rylee getting Kylee

I took Kylee to a neighborhood pool one day. The toddler pool was great except it was covered by this huge canopy so the water was freezing. Kylee is at the other end of the pool looking in.

I never get tired of Palm trees :)

They also had a playgroundShowing off her new swimsuit

Lexi's One Year Photos

Me pregnant with Lexi at 40 weeks, 9 days before I gave birth.
Do you know my beautiful daughter slept through the night her first night home? I've been saying for the last year that she should be entered in a "easiest baby in the world" contest, because she's so mellow and happy. Wonder what the future will bring...

She is such a calm, sweet baby...she rarely cries. Her real name is Alexis, and I call her by both names, but most people call her Lexi.

Moving on to Lexi's One Year Photos. We went to the same place where Kylee had her one year photos taken. Lexi even wore the same dresses as Kylee. Some of the poses/places were the same and some are different.

Kylee has a photo taken just like this for her first birthday pictures. I love Lexi's pretty little smile :)

Many of you will recognize this picture from your Strawberry Shortcake birthday invitations.

this is our favorite :)

Papa George and Grandma Lela arrive in Hawaii tomorrow and will be spending baby Lexi's 1st birthday with us, so I probably wont be posting for awhile. Happy Birthday to my darling baby girl! Sniffle, sniffle.

Last night, North Shore

The Page's Family's last night in Oahu we spent on the North Shore.

Samantha had a great idea to take family photos by the sunset. Love this so much I framed it.

Of course, the turtles that are always on the beach at North Shore.

The Page Family

Jake, Samantha and Josh did some snorkeling to see the turtles.

You can see how close to the shore they were snorkeling. It was a little scary but it's all rocks at the front and that's where the turtles hang out.

Snorkeling :)
