Along with some good friends of ours, we spent this past weekend in Leavenworth, WA for Ice Fest.

| Leavenworth is a beautiful Bavarian village. The village has events year round for specific American holidays, but always in a Bavarian theme. |
This lady was so helpful at Ice Fest, directing us to appropriate activities.
We all loved the continuous Bavarian theme.
We carried our sleds with us throughout the 3 day weekend. At every opportunity we went sledding. Being a winter wonderland, we did a ton of sledding!

we drove around looking at houses. Even the locals get into the Bavarian spirit and build/decorate their houses accordingly!

At ice fest they do ice sculptures and snow sculptures. Great family time!
